📢 EXCITING NEWS FOR OUR COMMUNITY! 🍎🥕🥛
Paca Baffin Society is proud to announce the launch of the **Community Choice Food Hub Project**, a new initiative designed to improve food access, promote healthy eating, and support the overall well-being of families and individuals in our community.

🍎 **What Makes This Food Hub Different?**
This is **NOT a traditional food hamper program**.

Instead, participants will be able to:
✅ Choose their own food items
✅ Select ingredients that fit their household’s needs
✅ Access nutritious foods with dignity and choice
✅ Make healthier decisions based on their family’s preferences and dietary requirements
We believe families know best what foods they need. The Community Choice Food Hub is designed to provide flexibility, independence, and respect while supporting food security in our community.
🥕 **What is the Community Choice Food Hub?**
The program will focus on:
✅ Improving access to nutritious and healthy foods
✅ Supporting families experiencing food insecurity
✅ Promoting healthier food choices and nutrition awareness
✅ Strengthening community wellness and resilience
✅ Creating opportunities for community participation and engagement
📅 **Food Distribution Schedule**
Food distributions will take place **once per month**.
As the program grows and additional resources become available, we will continue to assess community needs and explore opportunities to expand services.
🤝 **Community involvement is important!**
We invite Elders, youth, families, organizations, and community members to join us as we develop and grow this initiative.
We would like to sincerely thank **Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI)** for supporting this important community project and helping us strengthen food security and wellness in our community.
Together, we can build a stronger, healthier, and more food-secure community for everyone. ❤️
